What do I do to get started getting hourly work done?
Hourly rates start at $35.00/hour and up depending in the service you need. Discounts are available if you a senior citizen, or member/former member of the military.

Do you offer a payment plan?
YES. We have a Web Site 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 Website Payment Plan:
1/3 is due upfront as a deposit
1/3 is due once the template complete
1/3 is due once the site is complete
Word stops after each progress point until the next payment is received.
For all other flat-rate services payment is due in advance.
How Long Does it Take to Get a First Proof?
We can have initial designs to you in as little as 1-2 weeks!!

Do you offer technical support?
We offer paid telephone technical support at $35.00/hour with a 15 minute minimum per session. We can help you with many different types of computer issues right over the phone. We also offer onsite technical support and computer training.
How Long Does It Take To Get Here And Fix The Problem?
We usually are onsite within 24 hours. We can fix most software, operating system, internet connection, or browser issues immediately. Hardware issues including replacing hard drives, replacing NIC (Network Interface Cards), replacing Modems, and other issues that require parts to be ordered may require a second visit.
How Much Do You Charge for Onsite Services?
ONSITE SERVICES BILLING CHART:
We charge $50.00 minimum per service call. If the service call lasts over an hour we bill $50.00/hour in 15 minute increments.
Under 1 Hour (0 - 60 Minutes) = $50.00
1 hour to 1¼ Hours (61 - 74 Minutes) = $62.50
1¼ Hours to 1½ Hours (75 - 89 Minutes) = $75.00
1½ Hours to 1¾ Hours(90 - 104 Minutes) = $87.50
1¾ Hours to 2 Hours (104 - 120 Minutes) = $100.00

How Much Do You Charge for Dropoff Services?
DROP OFF SERVICES BILLING CHART:
We charge a $50.00 flat-fee to do a PC Tuneup. To diagnose other computer problems, repairs are $50.00/hour and billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
If owner chooses not to have repairs made, it is the owners responsibility to pick up the computer with 30 days. If you fail to return to pick up the computer after 30 days it is assumed that you have abandoned the property and the computer automatically becomes property of Overboard Media Group and will be refurbished or discarded. Any refurbishment will include wiping any and all computer disks of your personal information.
What Operating Systems Do You Support?
We support many different operating systems including DOS, Windows 95', Windows 98', Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000 Server, Windows Active Directory, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. We support Power Mac, Mac OS 9, Mac OSX, iPad, iMac, and iBook. We also support UNIX and Linux.
Do You Sell Computer Parts?
No, we do not sell parts or supplies. If you need parts we can assist you in obtaining them through outside sources and install the parts for you.
What If I Need A Part Installed?
If you already have the part we can install it for you right away. If you are not sure, and once we are onsite, you require a part to be delivered, we can guide you in the right direction to order the part. You may be able to pick up the part at a local retailer or you can order parts online. Once you get the part we would then return to your home or place of business and install the part for you. On a second trip we charge in 15 minute increments with a $25.00 minimum service call fee. Minimum service call fee is $50. Most calls last 45 minutes to one hour or more depending on the situation.
What If It Only Takes 15 Minutes To Fix the Problem?

We are a Christian, Faith-based business and will work with you in most situations. Occassionally we will do work for free if it is an emergency and you are in a bind.
Do You Offer Pick Up/Drop Off Services?
We offer drop off services only. Please call (404) 710-2279 to make arrangements. For all drop off services there is a $50.00 minimum fee due to do an analysis and to provide a diagnosis. If you decide after hearing the diagnosis you want to proceed, the $50.00 fee will be credited to the final bill. If you do not wish to proceed you may pick up the computer yourself, or you may leave the computer behind and donate the computer to us. If you fail to return to pick up the computer after 30 days the computer automatically becomes property of Overboard Media Group and it is assumed that you have abandoned the property.
What If My Computer Hard Drive Crashed, Can You Fix It?
We can fix it depending on your situation. If the hard drive is malfunctioning we can take your hard drive and try recovering files from it for you. Hard drive and disk recovery services are billed in 15 minute increments. If we are able to recover files from the hard drive we can then provide you with USB Stick(s), CD(s) or DVD(s) containing the backup files (additional fee applies). We can also recover hard drives containing music, important files, pictures, and other documents. Some programs may also be recoverable depending on the manufacturer's guidelines that were initiated during the original installation and/or licensing terms. Our technician Matthew Lind is a Microsoft Certified Professional since 2002 and has hands on expert experience with Windows machines since 1998. We have had hundreds of successful computer calls all across Florida. We can diagnose & fix almost any computer issue you may be having.
Once I make a payment for hourly services what happens?
We will email or call you to confirm we received your payment and let you know we are ready to begin work. We will also provide you with a payment invoice if you request one. If you are getting graphic or web design services we will request graphics, logos, contact information, and other pertinent materials to begin the design work. If you are utilizing our hourly services we keep track of the work we do by the hour, and we bill in 15 minute increments so you will not be over billed. Once we reach the point that your deposit is gone, we will contact you if necessary to get another payment and continue along.
Once I make a payment for flat rate services what happens?
We will email or call you to confirm we received your payment and let you know we are ready to begin work. We will also provide you with a payment invoice if you request one. If you are getting graphic or web design services we will request graphics, logos, contact information, and other pertinent materials to begin the design work. If you are paying a flat rate, we will begin design work right away and give you a proof to see before moving along to the final product. If you get a service at a flat rate and we are charging in increments, the second payment is due when the web site template is complete, and the third payment is due once the site is half way complete.
