I am a Microsoft Certified Professional as of 2002 with 240 classroom hours in the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) program, and I have an Advanced TCP/IP certification from ProTech in 2000.

Since then I have worked as a contract and freelance computer repair technician when I owned Delray Computer from 2005-2017. There I repaired mostly desktop computers. I replaced network cards, replaced hard drives, diagnosed slow computers, upgraded software, and ran diagnostic and networking tests. I also offered computer training and tutoring, graphic and web design, and onsite and virtual computer services. I am interested in learning tablet, laptop and cell phone repair.
