I worked as a trainer at Florida State University User Services in 2000.
While there I analyzed and developed instructor led performance training and designed, developed, and wrote program instructions for multiple levels of users of computer systems.
In addition I consulted with end users to determine programming needs to enhance productivity.
I created print materials including gathering data and creating newsletters, flyers, emails and brochures with written instructions to go along with training classes.
It involved a lot of technical writing and conducting technical Internet research.
I worked on Mac and PC computer platforms.
I taught the following classes within a computer enhanced classroom environment: Photoshop, PageMaker, PowerPoint, MS Word, Windows 98', Windows NT, FrontPage, Netscape Composer, and MS Publisher.
At The Media Crew in 2013 I utilized Macromedia Captivate (now Adobe Captivate) and created instructional videos on using their proprietary Web Builder software using voiceovers, animations, popup bubbles and other instructional devices.
I also created various web movies to instruct users on using company software.
With professional experience doing video conversions and YouTube uploads, and conducting online live software demos, I am a good fit for any training role.
I also conducted one on one and online training, webinars and webinar promotions.
I have experience embedding videos on web sites and acted as an online chat operator.
I have also written scripts, recorded voiceovers and created screenshots for online video tutorials using Camtasia.
